Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with the Architect, consultant, project team & management for compiling all drawings, documents and finalize the final project schedule
∎ Oversee the day to day construction operations of all projects and ensure the work is done safely, on time, within budget, to the right quality standards and in compliance with the company standard
∎ Ensure regular inspection of all projects for technical and safety audit and also maintenance and tracking of all site documents for Quality Assurance and Quality Control
∎ Ensure maintenance and renovation of all in-house projects to enhance project durability and damage control on a regular basis
∎ Supervise the implementation of project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
∎ Ensure mobilization of new project by providing manpower, security and available raw material in project site
∎ Ensure timely execution of the project from start to finish by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems

∎ Requirements
∎ Education: M Sc. or B Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed University (Major in Mechanical Engineering)
∎ Experience: At least 10 years
