∎ Chartered Accountancy course completed (CACC), Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), Advanced Excel Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft visio, Power BI, SAP Software, Tally ERP 9 Prime.
∎ Note: Candidate having experience with ERP implementation will get preference.

∎ Job Responsibilities of Business & Financial Analyst:
∎ Business Analyst Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ 2. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
∎ 3. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
∎ 4. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
∎ 5. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ 6. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ 7. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ 8. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
∎ 9. Ensuring solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
∎ 10. Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance and ensuring timely completion of projects.
∎ 11. Creating clear process maps and flow chart for existing procedures and experience in creating documentation of functional specifications.
∎ 12. Research and analyze organization's existing Business Processes.
∎ 13. Build strong collaborative relationships across the departments ensuring alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitating collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes.
∎ 14. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
∎ Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, accounting, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxation, consolidation, cost control and project control.
∎ 2. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
∎ 3. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management.
∎ 4. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the system, and manage data migration and integration processes.
∎ 5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax compliance and internal controls, and assist in audits as needed.
∎ 6. Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
∎ 7. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share.
∎ 8. Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendations for improvement based on trends
∎ 9. Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
∎ 10. Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
∎ 11 Conduct business studies to track and determine financial status on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
∎ 12. Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
∎ 13. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
∎ 14. Study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
