• Age 24 to 32 years

• Have experience in farmers meeting arrangement.
• Have proper knowledge on rice cultivation.
• Having 01-year experience in relevant field will get privilege.
• Must be able to ride motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
• Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

To continue the business growth and sustainability, we`re looking for suitable job incumbents who will work as an extension wing for ACI Motors new machineries unit for engagement with govt. & non-govt. agricultural wings, field demonstrations and arrangement of specific product promotional campaigns.

• Work as part of an extension wing for ACI Motors new machineries unit.

• Engage with govt. & non-govt. agricultural wings through visiting and involving them as technology expansion partners.

• Organize field demonstrations of new technology and educate target groups.

• Arrange specific product promotional campaigns for assigned product groups.

• Conduct feasibility studies, survey for implementation of business plan of assigned products.

• Develop and prepare product manuals and training manuals for the assigned product groups.

• Visit key personnel of extension, research, donor organizations and other customers to develop relationship with them and exchange ideas.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor time to time.
