Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take full ownership of G.O International’s new products sales and brand presence in the market.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships (including distributors, retail, and e-commerce).
∎ Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
∎ Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure execution.Sales Generation & Distributor Management
∎ Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and business clients.
∎ Confirm sales orders, follow up on payments, and ensure proper delivery coordination.
∎ Lead B2B and B2C selling efforts via digital and offline platforms.Social Media & Digital Marketing
∎ Direct and develop online content.
∎ Oversee the management of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
∎ Plan and approve engaging content that aligns with brand and sales goals.
∎ Supervise basic graphic/video content creation using tools like Adobe cloud software, Canva or CapCut.
∎ Run paid promotions and track digital campaign performance.New Project Execution
∎ Initiate and manage small business projects or campaigns to test new sales ideas or product opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with designers, content creators, and suppliers when needed.
∎ Provide regular performance reports and improvement plans to management.
