BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its SME Banking Division:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and assist SME Liability Sales team members with proper product, process and risk related knowledge
Assist developing area / industry-based SME deposit acquisition and growth strategies
Achieve assigned deposit business target and ensure proper deposit mix to achieve profitability target
Directly interact with Unit Head of Sales and channel partners for driving SME Deposit Growth of Bank
Monitor SME Liability Sales team / Liability Business team through visits, meeting, MIS & analytics and report to respective line managers for development
Assist channels to resolve operations issues related with SME Liability
Assist SME Cash Management team to build and manage clients
Ensure periodic SME deposit projection and assist Unit Head of Sales to follow up the progress of the same
To ensure daily sales reports are done accurately and on timely basis
Communication with Business Finance and SME BI & Analytics team for reports and prepare necessary analytical reports for Senior Management
Strengthen relationship with all relevant stakeholders
Identify Issues hindering Business Growth and communicate/propose solution with/to relevant stakeholders
