∎ • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology with MBAdegree is preferred.
∎ Marketing and Business Management Preferred with Finance Knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Business Development Manager(IT Division) is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision, leading all aspects of the company’s technology development and the key individual responsible for pursuing and delivering the Product agenda including the field of Operations, Business & Marketing.
∎ He/she will see complexities in the business model and the market as challenges and opportunities for the organization and will have the ability in conjunction with senior people within the company to build and implement new strategies necessary to meet the needs of all stakeholders. Prior experience of people management is an essential prerequisite, with an extremely good working knowledge of Games/Apps/E-commerce and must have interest in the gaming industry being very important.
∎ Skills &Responsibilities
∎ • Significant senior management experience within the online gaming/app industry and/or high velocity online business &transactional environment.
∎ • Must have knowledge of Cloud Server setup & maintenance.
∎ • Management of a fast-paced business of a similar size and experience of working within a corporate structure.
∎ • Proven ability to significantly increase efficiencies and continuously deliver positive results to the company in the field of day to day Operations, Business & Marketing.
∎ • The Business Development Manager(IT Division) will be the Company’s spokesperson in all operations, business &technology-related matter and as such the candidate will be extremely confident in articulating their business &technology related knowledge when dealing with all parties outside the Company& Operational perspective.
∎ • Ability to nurture the technical &management skills of IT Department and ensure skills and career development of all members of the IT Department, through timely and accurate performance reviews.
∎ • Establishing a process to identify and develop talent within the IT Department and develop a robust succession plan for the department.
∎ • Skills in business analysis, business process design, project management ofApp, Game &E-commerce strategy.
∎ • Have a successful track record of establishing and managing multi-location development operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1. A minimum of 8+years management experience in a commercial organization with substantial experience in Senior management role.
∎ 2. Profound Communication Skills in English (Both Verbal & Mail Correspondence)
∎ 3. Under Business Development practical knowledge of Operation, Business &Marketing is a must
