Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the food court.
∎ Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Identify and acquire new food vendors and brands to enhance the food court's offerings.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential partners.
∎ Negotiate contracts and terms with new vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and stakeholders.
∎ Provide support and assistance to vendors to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction levels.
∎ Ensure the food court operates efficiently and meets health and safety standards.
∎ Oversee vendor compliance with food court policies and guidelines.
∎ Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to achieve business objectives.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, if applicable.
