Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute diverse events ranging from promotional campaigns to entertainment shows within Jamuna Future Park Shopping Mall.
∎ Develop event concepts, themes, and budgets in alignment with the mall's marketing and branding strategies.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and attract attendees through various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
∎ Manage event timelines, schedules, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality experiences.
∎ Liaise with clients, sponsors, and partners to understand their event objectives and tailor event solutions to meet their needs.
∎ Oversee onsite event operations, including staff supervision, guest management, and troubleshooting any issues or emergencies.
∎ Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze data to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging event technologies, and best practices to enhance event strategies and execution.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, and guest accommodations.·
∎ Foster a positive work environment, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of Jamuna Future Park Shopping Mall as a premier event destination.
