Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Sales Manager - B2B at Jamuna Future Park Shopping Mall, your goal is to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the mall's B2B sales initiatives.·
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B clients within the retail and entertainment industry.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Understand and promote the mall's offerings, including retail spaces, entertainment venues, and promotional events.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through lead generation and prospecting.
∎ Customize solutions to meet clients' specific needs, such as event planning, marketing campaigns, and promotional collaborations.
∎ Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
∎ Manage sales budgets, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
