Experience:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Lead the complete sales cycle: lead generation, need assessment, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and onboard new corporate and enterprise clients.
Maintain strong relationships with decision makers, influencers, and procurement teams.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
3. Proposal, RFP & Contract Management
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
Coordinate with Product, technical, finance, and legal teams for solution design and pricing.
Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts in line with company policy.
4. Market Development & Partner Management
Explore new market segments, industries, and partnership opportunities.
Develop channel partners and strategic alliances to expand sales reach.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategy.
5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast in CRM.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Track conversion ratios, win-loss analysis, and revenue projections.
6. Internal Coordination
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Ensure smooth handover of won projects to implementation teams.
Provide market feedback for product and service improvement.
