Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Lead the complete sales cycle: lead generation, need assessment, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard new corporate and enterprise clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with decision makers, influencers, and procurement teams.

  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

3. Proposal, RFP & Contract Management

  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.

  • Coordinate with Product, technical, finance, and legal teams for solution design and pricing.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts in line with company policy.

4. Market Development & Partner Management

  • Explore new market segments, industries, and partnership opportunities.

  • Develop channel partners and strategic alliances to expand sales reach.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategy.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast in CRM.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

  • Track conversion ratios, win-loss analysis, and revenue projections.

6. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance teams.

  • Ensure smooth handover of won projects to implementation teams.

  • Provide market feedback for product and service improvement.
