Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write reusable, testable and efficient code.
∎ Deep object-oriented programing skills (Python) in developing and maintaining various microservices.
∎ Demonstrable understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
∎ Experience writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating with Relational and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, Aurora, & DynamoDB.
∎ Experience modelling & optimizing query performance.
∎ Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, PostgreSQL and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis and Memcached.
∎ Design and implementation of API to be consumed by frontend developers.
∎ Participate in the entire lifecycle of the product - design, documentation, coding, testing, and deployment.
∎ Strong DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: ability to build from scratch - Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
∎ Implementation of security and data protection solutions.
∎ Strong experience developing APIs and has written API documentation using Swagger or similar tool.
∎ Preferred experience with: Azure CLI deployment; Azure DevOps, Azure Bicep, Azure CosmosDB and python virtual environment set-up and interaction.
∎ Having experience on working with Ruby on Rails will be appreciated.
∎ Excellent communication skills, specifically in understanding, framing, distilling, and simplifying both technical & business requirements.
∎ Experience developing server-side logic and able to test and package standalone python modules
