Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to deal with clients, customer and vendors in different countries over the phone and emails.
∎ Maintain a smart ERP system, route the vendors and monitor all inventory files.
∎ Maintain daily, monthly and yearly KPI to maximize profit.
∎ Primary job responsibility will be to deliver an error free quality product aligned with the process.
∎ Provide management and stakeholders with regular updates on processing status, issues and deliverable dates
∎ Determine accountability for specific implementation, and work with Production Lead to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to meet the deadlines
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/ higher authority
