Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level in English, Bachelor degree in any discipline, O Level in English
∎ Candidates having English medium background(O Level, A Level) or a good IELTS band score will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Call Center, Computer skill, Customer Support through Phone, English typing, Property Preservation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Property Preservation, Vendor management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ SK IT CENTRE is the very first outsourcing firm in Bangladesh which works with real-estate open market as well as property management companies mostly in USA. We always need some talented souls in our team to expand our ever-growing market.
∎ We are looking for fluent English speakers who can interact with Foreign customers & clients with minimal communication barrier verbally and all other means of communication.
∎ Client Relationship Officer(CRO) position has ventured in the company to focus on the client`s and vendor`s duties and responsibilities. The position is for achieving the desirable and targeted performance across the duties and responsibilities to meet the clients and vendors satisfaction. CRO is responsible for involving day to day operations to improve the company`s growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the main point of contact for our USA clients, you need to ensure that their needs are met, and their inquiries are addressed promptly.
∎ Maintaining communication in day long run operation and updating the work progress.
∎ Ensuring the clients requirements are met on time according to their work instructions.
∎ Contacting vendors and third parties on a regular basis for updates, negotiations, assurance of quality work, on-time work submission, etc.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of services to USA clients.
∎ Having a good intension to generate more business as the company is constantly evolving and outgrowing.
∎ Coordinate with other team members to satisfy the job needs as well as accomplish the target of the company.
∎ It’s important to understand USA business practices and cultural sensitivities.
∎ Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate USA time zones & holidays.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
