Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ To address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ To Assist in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials.
∎ To maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
∎ To support the customer service team in resolving client issues.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
