∎ O LEVEL, A LEVEL, BACHELOR DEGREE IN ANY DISCIPLINE & ENGLISH MEDIUM BACKGROUND WILL GET MOST PRIORITY.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for the person who can speak in English Fluently and have experience in call center.
∎ Drop-out English Medium Students can also apply.

∎ At least 1-3 years in any International Call Center and in USA/UK/Canada/Australia based campaigns.
∎ We prefer candidates having experience in Real Estate, TimeShare, MCA(Chasers only) & other USA based campaigns.
∎ The applicants Must have to have experience in International Call Centers or having English Medium Background otherwise you won’t be selected at all.
∎ Call Center, Call Centre Agent/Team Lead, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in speaking English, Persistent and result oriented.
∎ However, once you speak fluent and smart English, We don't care about your Academic Record.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You need to make outbound B2B/ B2C calls to USA to sell our product & services.
∎ You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the deal.
∎ You need to be receiving calls & customers enquiries to sale our products/service over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Applicant needs to work for night shift 5-6 days a week ( 8 PM – 6 AM Bangladesh Local Time).
∎ We urgently need to hire a good number of Agents so apply ASAP to get hired.
∎ NB: Don't apply if you can't speak in English Fluently and if you don't have previous work experience in an International Call Center job.
∎ Job Responsibilities :
