Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via face-to-face, phone, email, and live chat.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Communicate with customers regarding various reasons via Phone Call.
∎ Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
∎ Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
