∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional manner.
∎ Provide product information and offer guidance to customers.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ Gather feedback from customers to enhance products and services.
∎ Prepare reports on customer feedback and other relevant metrics.
∎ Proven experience in customer support.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Familiarity with Edu Tech and related products/services.
