Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Course Identification:   

  1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and demands in the education sector.
  2. Discover and evaluate potential new courses that align with market needs and learner interests.

2. Instructor Recruitment:  

  1. Identify and engage industry experts and experienced instructors for course development. 
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with instructors to ensure a collaborative and productive partnership.

3. Course Module Development: 

  1. Work closely with the instructor to design interactive and learner-friendly course content in line with our platform goals. 
  2. Ensure course content meets industry standards and remains dynamic and up-to-date.

4. Content Maintenance: 

  1. Regularly update course content to align with industry requirements and technological advancements.
  2. Collaborate with instructors to implement changes and improvements to enhance the learning experience.

5. Feedback Collection and Continuous Course Improvement:

  1. Create a system for collecting feedback from students and analyzing the data for valuable insights.
  2. Collaborate with instructors to implement updates and enhancements based on student feedback.
  3. Strive for continuous improvement to enhance the overall learning experience.

Job Details:

  1. Job Modality: Permanent ( Probationary period for the first months)
  2. Working hours: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
  3. Job Location: Shopno Villa, beside Golden Highway Restaurant, Amtali, 2nd Durgapur Union, Cumilla.
