Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues professionally.
∎ Provide product information and offer guidance to customers.
∎ Handle our social manager to reply to the users professionally.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ Gather feedback from customers to enhance products and services.
∎ Prepare reports on customer feedback and other relevant metrics.
∎ Contact with customers and tell them about our service
∎ Contact with lead customers Follow-up call with interested customers
∎ Course knowledge & ongoing course details
∎ Identify customer points and target them
∎ Proven experience in customer support minimum 1 year.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to convince customers.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Familiarity with Edu Tech and related products/services.
