Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This may include analyzing customer feedback, resolving customer issues, and improving the overall customer service process.
∎ Handle all customers' data according to CRM.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about facebook (social media), email & web chat.
∎ Maintain Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp or other digital platforms customers' queries and proper answering.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions promptly.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
∎ Prepare customer queries, complaints, or problems; record and forward to the concerned management.
∎ Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets.
∎ Report time to time to the management for complicated issues.
∎ Handle & manage logistics calls (couriers & riders)Keep Track of Inventory to Ensure Stock.
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
