Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome customers and visitors in the office, maintain effective conversation and communication in a friendly manner
∎ Communicate customers through Email, WhatsApp, Messenger. incoming and outgoing phone calls etc.
∎ Offering general information to visitors and callers about the company, its products/services·
∎ Follow up customers queries and update accordingly
∎ Maintain company social media pages i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram effectively
∎ Keeping and maintaining records of visitors, calls, appointments, and other relevant data
∎ Front office management, supervising administrative staff/ support staff with all relevant tasks
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the administrator.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
