∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO, BPO Industries, Call Center, Call Center Agent, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Data Entry Operator (English), Fluent in speaking English, Property Management, Property Preservation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ SK IT CENTRE is the very first outsourcing firm in Bangladesh which works with real-estate open market as well as property management companies mostly in USA. We always need some talented souls in our team to expand our ever-growing market.
∎ We are looking for fluent English speakers who can interact with Foreign customers & clients with minimal communication barrier verbally and all other means of commutation.
∎ Management Trainee Officer(MTO) position has ventured in the company to focus on the client`s and vendor`s duties and responsibilities. The position is for achieving the desirable and targeted performance across the duties and responsibilities to meet the clients and vendors satisfaction. It also ensures to increase the portfolio by optimizing the implementation of plans and policies by company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary job responsibility will be to deliver an error free quality product aligned with the process.
∎ Determine accountability for specific implementation, and work with production lead to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to meet the deadlines.
∎ Empower for immediate decision making to meet the appropriate solution.
∎ End to end customers service
∎ Ensure the quality meets the client's expectations.
∎ Reporting monthly KPI performance to the management.
∎ Work on a targeted assumption to ensure fluent revenue generation in the team.
∎ Have the basic intellectual quality to ensure the job responsibility is acknowledged properly and implemented on the job place.
∎ Office Time 7 PM to 4 AM

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance bonus Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize Attendance Bonus Salary Review: Yearly increment 10% Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) Drop off service (depends on route)
