∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
∎ Technical aptitude preferably in the field of technical or industrial software solutions.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively engage with potential customers via phone calls to introduce them to our technical products.
∎ Listen to customers' needs and requirements to understand how our products can address their specific challenges and add value to their business operations.
∎ Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, including features, functionalities, pricing, and technical specifications.
∎ Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of our products to prospective customers to drive sales conversions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
∎ Collaborate with the technical sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing customers.
∎ Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to better position our products in the market.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
