∎ Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
∎ Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.
∎ Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
∎ Able to lead and motivate others to ever higher levels of achievement.
∎ Have the ability to lead a team.

∎ To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
∎ To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients.
∎ To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ To negotiate with large customers and to manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
∎ To monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ To liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ To expand the business network around the territory.
