Role Overview:As a Telesale Executive, you will serve as the main liaison for our US clients. This pivotal role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering effective communication, and delivering services that consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.Maintain consistent communication and provide regular project updates to clients.Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality assurance and timely updates.Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery processes.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives and targets.Gain an understanding of US business practices and cultural nuances to better serve our clients.Be available for flexible working hours, including mandatory night shifts.
