We are currently expanding our Software development team based in Dhaka to enhance our capacity to serve more people.
∎ ADDIE Soft Ltd. is seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST to join the talented team based in Dhaka and assist in the ongoing development of its technology platform. The successful candidate needs to have 3-5 years` experience working as a Business analyst in any reputable software development company.
∎ This position is responsible for research processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application as per the client`s need. To identify business processes that can be improved and consult with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements. Interprets and translates requirements into functional specifications. Develops, liaise, and executes tests to validate system functionality against specifications. The role will generally be split 55% business analysis and 45% project management tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing technical solutions to business problems, or to advance a company's sales efforts, beings with defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements. Managing requirements at the project level can help fulfill business needs.
∎ Evaluate Business Processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering an area of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
∎ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ Perform requirement analysis.
∎ Documenting and communicating the result of the analysis as BRS or RSD.
∎ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Working closely with clients, technicians, and marketing peoples.
∎ Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
∎ Perform functional testing and UAT.
∎ Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
∎ Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
∎ Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
∎ Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
∎ Completing projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments
∎ Liaison with and provide direction to key stakeholders in all projects including engineers, developers, infrastructure projects team, internal management, and key customers
∎ Identifying, and managing project scope, objectives, and deliverables
∎ Maintaining the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
∎ Implementing and maintaining clear communication and reporting mechanisms across project, staff, teams, and management
∎ Creating informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
∎ Maintaining user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
∎ Act as the central point of contact between the Software, Support, and Management.

∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business analyst in any IT Company.
∎ Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred.
∎ Ability to work independently and with others.
∎ Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
∎ Excellent documentation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
