Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the UK team to understand the unique needs of each brand.
∎ Develop and deliver products that align with brand stories, aesthetics, and requirements.
∎ Uphold high standards of quality, ensuring each brand maintains its distinct identity.
∎ Maintain comprehensive oversight of the critical path for all orders.
∎ Conduct weekly Development, Order, and Delivery (DOD) meetings with the UK team.
∎ Coordinate closely with in-house production and external factories to monitor and adjust production schedules for timely delivery.
∎ Generate base costing for product development initiatives.
∎ Prepare detailed tech packs and garment specifications for samples and production.
∎ Source fabrics, accessories, and necessary services, while managing a library of materials for the design team's selection.
∎ Coordinate sample management and maintain a comprehensive sample archive.
∎ Oversee bulk fabric and trim production within agreed-upon timelines.
∎ Source and manage available stock fabric from multiple mills and factories. Facilitate fabric testing processes for both existing and new materials.
∎ Collaborate with technical and quality control teams to review and approve samples.
∎ Provide approvals on behalf of the UK team for both samples and bulk goods.
∎ Arrange for samples to be delivered to the UK during the development stage.
∎ Ensure accurate preparation of factory packing lists and export paperwork.
∎ Manage stock levels of raw materials to support production needs.
∎ Work closely with the QC and packing teams to ensure all goods leave the facility on time and undergo thorough quality checks.
∎ Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the role.
∎ Summary of Role: As a Brand Merchandiser, you will oversee the development, administration, and production critical paths of a portfolio of brands and multi-product lines. Your role will involve proactive management to ensure key dates are met and the integrity of each brand is maintained throughout the process.

∎ Brand Management:
