Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day branch operational activities
∎ Ensure proper service for customer for all Branch service related issues
∎ Ensure proper control/compliance in branch as per bank's operations policy
∎ Counseling & coaching to the all subordinates and update them accordingly
∎ Monitor the performance of subordinates
∎ Achieve business targets set by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in any Shariah based bank shall be considered as added qualification.
∎ Adequate knowledge about the products & services of financial market.
∎ Well conversant in English and good computer knowledge is desirable.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Applicants who are not interested to be posted at chittogram/Sylhet/Jashore Division, do not need to apply.
