Business Development & Growth
Achieve assigned branch business targets across deposits and advances while ensuring sustainable profitability.
Drive consistent growth in both the deposit and asset portfolio through strategic planning and customer acquisition.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs to enhance branch performance.
Execute sales and marketing initiatives at the branch level to strengthen market presence.
Portfolio & Risk Management
Maintain portfolio quality by minimizing PAR (Portfolio at Risk) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans), ensuring adherence to year-end budget targets.
Conduct timely follow-up and recovery activities, maintaining strong credit discipline within the branch.
Ensure thorough assessment and due diligence for all credit proposals, aligning with risk management guidelines.
Compliance, Governance & Operational Excellence
Implement and enforce robust processes and controls to mitigate risks related to money laundering, fraud, and misrepresentation.
Ensure strict adherence to AML/CFT guidelines, internal policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and organizational compliance standards.
Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and verify all branch expenditures, ensuring compliance with policy and cost-control measures.
Leadership & People Management
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing branch team to create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and staff development initiatives.
Foster a work environment aligned with LankaBangla’s core values, promoting ethical behavior and service quality.
Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Operations, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Collections teams to ensure smooth branch functioning.
Develop and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, local business communities, regulators, and partners.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Ensure superior customer service delivery by promoting a customer-first mindset in the branch.
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and prompt resolution.
Improve customer retention and loyalty through personalized engagement and consistent service standards.
