∎ Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business with no Third (3rd) Division/Class/CGPA from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 12 years' experience in any reputed bank or non-bank financial institution out of which at least 08 years practical exposure in Branch Management/ Branch Manager/ Operation Manager related experience of a bank / FI. May be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates.
∎ The candidate must have a clear idea about functions and major structure of investment recovery activities of a commercial bank or NBFI and knowledge of legal matters on recovery.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate for the position is expected to be self-starter and business focused having very good connectivity with the clienteles across the different segments.
∎ The candidate shall have the past track record of superior business performance and to work with specific direction towards attainments of set target(s).
∎ The candidate is required to have sound negotiation skill and as well as ability for proper articulation of clients funding needs with the capacity to exercise due diligence in the right perspective.
∎ Capacity to monitor performance of the members of the team to ensure attainment of set objectives with maximum extent of efficiency.
∎ Ensure due compliance on regulatory issues to mitigate the operational risks. - Maintenance of proper housekeeping and corporate etiquettes.
