Experience:

• 1 to 5 years

• Masters

• Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business with no Third (3rd) Division/Class/CGPA. May be relaxed in case of exceptional and competent candidates.

Age Limit

• Not more than 30 years (as on May 30, 2026) for Fresher and Not More than 40 years for the experienced post i.e SPO. But age may be relaxed in case of relevant experienced candidates.

Additional Requirements

• Fresher are encouraged to apply for the post of Junior Officer.

• 1-6 years of relevant work experience in Bank/NBFI in Credit Risk Management/ Credit Administration/ Financial Administration Department or in Branch level will be given preference based on the Rank/Designation.

• Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Excellent inter personal skills along with excellent proficiency in Bengali & English.

• Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
