Experience:

• Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business with no Third (3rd) Division/Class/CGPA. May be relaxed in case of exceptional and competent candidates.

Age Requirements:

• Not more than 45 years (as on April 30, 2026). May be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 Years of experience with minimum 03 to 05 years as Branch Manager or Operation Manager. Experience in NBFI will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong organizing, coordination, administrative and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multi-task

• Excellent written and oral communication skill both in Bengali & English.

• Dedicated, proactive, hardworking and leadership skills.

• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
