Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ Masters/ MBA major preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from a reputed University with good academic record (CGPA 3.0 and above).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of Asset and liability.
∎ Accountable for overall portfolio quality and collections.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Prepare financial statements for the branch.
∎ Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
∎ Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
∎ Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
∎ Work to grow business and customer acquisition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 05 Years and not more than 08 years.
∎ Minimum 5 Years experience in Bank's/NBFI's.
∎ Excellent cliental base for Corporate, SME & Retail Business.
∎ Multitask and have excellent time management skills.
∎ Mentor junior employees and lead a team.
∎ Show excitement for growing the business and acquiring new customers.
∎ Should have problem-solving attitude.
∎ Focus on customer service and lead by example.
