Take initiatives for smooth customer service
Look after complaint issues
Report to relevant stakeholders·
Generate new ideas to develop optimal customer service
Cash Department:
Making payments and receiving cash efficiently, and flawlessly; within the shortest possible time
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Service Excellence in the Cash Area
Achieving assigned Business targets set by the Management
Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service
Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading / Reconcile of ATM
Branch Retail RM :
Look after branch SME business-related issues
Report to relevant authorities (internal & external)
Generate new ideas to ensure balanced business growth
