Description: Shomi Automobile is seeking a skilled and experienced Automobile Diploma Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring top-quality service for our clients and managing our service team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics using car scanning tools and engine analyzers.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) and hybrid vehicles.
• Manage and guide a team of technicians, providing mentorship and ensuring high standards of work.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
