Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform advanced diagnostics using car scanning tools and engine analyzers.
∎ Oversee the repair and maintenance of Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) and hybrid vehicles.
∎ Manage and guide a team of technicians, providing mentorship and ensuring high standards of work.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
∎ Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and standards.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
