Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc/ M. Sc/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of working independently.
∎ To provide independent technical support and training to ERP team for the optimum uses of the software.
∎ Responsible for technical support to the IT equipment/ computers and software applications.
∎ Diagnosing and fixing network problems.
∎ Should have skill in internet and other kind of internet facilities.
∎ Maintain and Configure Router & any kind of Wi-Fi router/switch & LAN.
∎ CCTV operation and maintenance.
∎ Support for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of IT assets.
∎ Knowledge on network fundamentals, general network/ device configuration
∎ Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT software and equipment.
∎ Coordination with other departments in order to understand and meet their technical support and requirements.
∎ Internal server, Network management, end user support and existing software administration.
∎ Maintenance and Website development, Domain, Hosting etc
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 06 years.
∎ Fair knowledge on building constructions materials.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate / Software Company / Group of Company
∎ Proven work experience in IT Software & hardware.
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical, problem-solving skills.
