∎ Master's degree/ MBA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in end-to-end procurement and ensure timely delivery of quality construction materials within budget for building construction needs.
∎ Conduct audit and inspection as necessary to ensure building constructions product quality.
∎ Forecast levels of demand for building construction products and services to meet the project needs.
∎ Control Inventory by optimizing volume and reduce delivery lead time.
∎ Evaluate the market, delivery and pricing continuously to determine present and future material availability to maximize profitability.
∎ Prepare annual materials budgets.
∎ Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost-benefit analysis.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and explore opportunities for collaboration and cost-saving.
∎ Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
∎ Financial analysis of leftover & consume materials according to the BOQ.
∎ Coordinate with ERP team to resolve ERP issues
∎ Collect the excess materials report and distribution plan accordingly
∎ Ensure compliance of all purchased goods and services with the procurement policy of the company.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ At least 12 year(s), minimum 3 years as AM/Mgr.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate / Construction Company.
∎ Expertise in Supply chain management / Purchase / Procurement of construction materials.
∎ Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Must have Proficiency in MS Word/ Excel/ ERP software operation.
∎ Integrity and Leadership skill
