• Set up of Quality standards as per the Buyer requirement.

• Conduct training and make all his sub ordinates accountable to him for their performance to achieve the target of quality level.

• Report day-to-day quality status and trend to factory Production Head.

• Collection of approval sample, shade band card, trim card, spec sheet and go through these to compare first of production with the approval sample before going for bulk production.

• In case of any change in the style or design by the buyer he will communicate the floor people for the confirmation of change.

• Ensure the styling and measurements of the garments sewed are based on the customers approved sample and without any deviation.

• Co-ordinate with pre final auditors and clear the packed cartons to warehouse twice a day with the help of GM quality/production.

• Based on the cartons auditors findings fine tune final auditors and make sure mistakes are not repeated.
