Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have strong leadership quality.
∎ Should align with company goal.
∎ Should have dedication & bargaining capacity.
∎ Have the capacity of completing job within given timeline.
∎ Need sound knowledge about on all process i.e. (Lab, Batching, Dyeing, Finishing, Brush, Shearing, Peach finish etc.)
∎ Should have knowledge about all types of quality of fabrics & test parameter of buyers.
∎ Capacity in doing fabrics processing in low process loss % & tendency to reduce rejection.
∎ Coordination capacity with planning & production team.
∎ Have the capacity of trouble shooting of various problems.
∎ Knowledge of shade matching with standard.
∎ Responsible for outside dyeing production & quality.

∎ Age 27 to 35 years
