Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an annual plan and implement it.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in land development and cost budget.
∎ Estimate per season investment Vs Target Vs Achievement.
∎ To have sound knowledge in organic farming.
∎ Understand the implications of weather & making contingency plan.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
