Job Context:
∎ To perform all works of a finishing department of a reputed WOVEN Factory located in Sreepur, Gazipur.
∎ Must have a positive mindset to stay nearby our factory by renting a home.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and control the finishing quality system.
∎ Follow up day to day target work.
∎ Act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production.
∎ Act as a team leader for the betterment of product, process, resources as well as the environment.
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of the production line as well as production nature discussing with the production concern authority.
∎ Control and monitor overall finishing.
∎ Coordination with the quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault generated during processing.
∎ Any other works as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) Mobile SIM and monthly bill. Salary review yearly. Earned leave cash disbursement is made yearly. Group insurance is available.
