Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintenance, Utility
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow Monitoring, and supervision on all mechanical/Electrical maintenance work for Factory, etc.
∎ Installation, testing & commissioning works of Electrical-Mechanical Equipment as and when required.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and executing all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance & troubleshooting in machinery.
∎ Coordinate with production and purchase department to prepare maintenance plan and ensure spare parts availability.
∎ Sound knowledge in Generators, Substations, electrical distribution systems, PLC, AC-DC motors, induction motors, synchronous motors, servo motors, inverters, etc.
∎ Design and erection of electrical distribution and controlling system.
∎ Develops engineering drawings such as SLD, LPS, etc. using computer-based drawing packages, basically AutoCAD 2D.
∎ Conducting electrical tests, using the thermographic scanner, megger meter, earth resistance testing, etc.
∎ Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
∎ Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
∎ To calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
∎ To ensure electrical safety and compliance activities as per compliance.
∎ To perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management.
∎ To monitor and supervise electricians and technicians, and train them to reduce performance GAP.
∎ To get involved and follow up on the servicing works conducted by the outside Service Engineer under the annual maintenance contract as & when required.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations.
∎ To carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must possess high interpersonal, communication, and management skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Problem Solving & Analytical Skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Candidates should have good communication skills in English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) Mobile SIM and monthly bill. Salary review yearly. Earned leave cash disbursement is made yearly. Group insurance is available.
