∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Vendor Certification treated as additional advantages in the desire experience.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support:
∎ Support to all Server, Desktop and Laptop in Windows & Linux environment.
∎ Provide End-user IT support including Intranet, Internet, E-mail, Domain, VPN, Anti-Virus, Application & Utility Software, Wi-Fi, Printer, Scanner, Copier and IP/PBX.
∎ Support to the user’s hardware & software related issues when required.
∎ Maintenance:
∎ Install, Configure & Maintenance Operating System: Windows, Linux, IOS & VMware.
∎ Maintaining service on Server, PC, IP Phone, IP camera, PA System, PABX, Printer, Scanner, Copier, Mobile devices and Peripherals.
∎ Maintain networking with LAN, WAN, VPN and WiFi.
∎ Maintain Switch, Router & Firewall with RJ45, SFP and SFP+ interfaces.
∎ Maintain IT Assets Inventory, Network Diagrams & Other Documentation
∎ Preparing status reports of any risk, change requests, and any other critical issues.
∎ Security:
∎ Monitor & Maintaining patch update with WSUS.
∎ Monitoring LAN resources with SEPM, MRTG, EMS and SD-WAN.
∎ Monitor, scan and fix the issues for vulnerability and prepare report with VA and
∎ Pen tools.
∎ Monitoring & maintaining all required documentation by the guide line of ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on TCP/IP Network – LAN & WAN including VLAN.
∎ Working experience on Layer 2 & Layer 3 Devices like CISCO, Dell, MikroTik and Fortinet.
∎ Strong knowledge on configuration of Server, Access control, IP Camera, Switch, Router, Firewall, NVR and Wi-Fi.
∎ Good knowledge on windows 10, Windows server 2019, Linux (Ubuntu & CentOS) and VMWare.
∎ Working Knowledge on Windows & Linux OS Cloning, Backup and Restore system.
∎ Working Experience on Active Directory Domain Controller.
