Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• B.Sc. in Textile from BUTEX or Master’s degree in any discipline from DU, JU, North South or any reputed Public University

• Any third class not allowed

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 28 years

• Strong oral and written communication skill in English.

• Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel and Internet

• Self-motivated, confident and proactive.

• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Plan product ranges and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.

• Make liaison with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors.

• Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter department activities.

• Monitor activities from sampling, development to shipment stage.

• Forecast profits and sales using computer programs.

• Optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.

• Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.

• Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers.

• Manage, train, supervise and discipline staff.

• Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
