Job Responsibilities:
∎ . Monitor all QA/QC operations and per-production activities to ensure that an end product meets the customer quality requirements within AQL.
∎ 2. Initiatives to resolve technical & quality related issues within the business unit.
∎ 3. Administrative leadership on QMS to be live and effective towards sustainable business. Team building with best practices.
∎ 4. Ensure quality level of all material are comply with customer requirement
∎ 5. Effective communication and initiatives for corrective action whenever required.
∎ 6. Ensure quality level at packed cartons following customer requirements within set AQL:
∎ 7. Carry out effective Inline / Label / Needle / 6S procedure to make sure error free sewing process.
∎ 8. Provide necessary training and guidelines for QA / QC staff and operation staff.
∎ 9. Do effective workshop schedule for process awareness.
∎ 10. Best HR activities with QA / QC team building program.
∎ 11. People recognition and road map for skill developments.
∎ 12. 100% customer satisfaction & top rating on external technical / QMS audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
