Bachelor’s/masters degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Computer engineering or related field.

Experience with ERP systems or database management.
Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Experience with backup & disaster recovery systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Certification such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+/N+ is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).Experience with server management and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus).
Good understanding of cybersecurity tools and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Provide technical support for users (on-site & remote) and resolve IT issues promptly.
Monitor system performance and ensure security, reliability, and data protection.
Maintain servers, storage systems, backup solutions, and email platforms.
Handle system updates, patch management, and antivirus administration.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls following company policy.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, and services.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects and improvements.
