  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and report analysis.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • We are seeking a motivated professional to join a leading international organization as Manager, Business Process Improvement. This role focuses on enhancing business efficiency, implementing improvement initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational processes across multiple departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and monitor internal measures to ensure efficient processes and strong compliance.

  • Lead and execute business improvement projects to optimize operational performance.

  • Identify process gaps and propose innovative solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Coordinate and track KPIs to support organizational objectives.

  • Support regional and international projects, including process improvement and change initiatives.

  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to drive quality and operational excellence.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks or special projects as assigned.
