Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Diploma in Civil

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Experience Required: 3–5 years in an interior firm or construction company.
• Good knowledge of construction methods & materials
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior fit-out works at site including civil, carpentry, gypsum board, flooring, ceiling, painting, and MEP coordination.
• Ensure all interior works are executed as per approved drawings, materials, specifications, and design standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor material delivery, quality, and proper storage at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain required quality control standards.
• Ensure proper alignment, levels, finishing quality, and detailing according to interior design requirements.
• Prepare and verify site measurements for contractor billing and BOQ reconciliation.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and project timelines.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical and coordination issues, and report progress to the Project Manager.
