Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete interior fit-out project execution from project initiation to final handover.
- Lead and manage interior projects including planning, coordination, and site execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, design requirements, and deliverables in coordination with clients and designers.
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets for interior works.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assign tasks to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors and monitor their performance.
- Track project progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Identify project risks, site constraints, and design conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all works meet interior design quality standards, material specifications, and finishing requirements.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, BOQs, and project reports.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Resolve technical, design, and coordination issues to keep the project on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
